The technicians work very closely with her making sure all jobs are scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. Mitch handles all the “behind the scenes” responsibilities. All licensing, insurance, and financial matters, along with managing the work staff, keep Mitch extremely busy. Through many years of coaching and teaching, he has developed a “Team Work” approach to managing the business. The diversity of services we offer requires a wide variety of trades and talents. Mitch has built an employee base of a multitalented group that works well together.
Ryan has been working in the family business practically his entire life. The oldest son of Cindy and Mitch, he has always been interested in the business and has learned each operation from the ground up. Ryan is certified in water and fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and carpet, masonry, stone and tile cleaning, and keeps a very close eye on the new technology. He is very “hands on” and really prefers being in the middle of the physical aspect of the jobs. Ryan's main goal is to ease the client’s mind and complete the job with as little disruption to the client’s lives as possible – yet making sure that the work is performed to the highest standards. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he knows the steam cleaning business inside and out. Jim is certified in carpet, masonry, and stone and tile cleaning. The approach Jim takes with each client is a sincere attempt to make them feel as though they are his only client. He takes time to explain the cleaning process and answer any questions they may have. Kind, courteous, professional, punctual, and dedicated are just a few words to describe him. Dot is the newest official member of our team, although she worked with us as a subcontractor for 10 years. Dot has over 29 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting and is certified in water damage restoration. She is responsible for office and technical support for Inside Drying and Restoration Services, as well as various bookkeeping functions for the company.
